LIT Library has no control, does not own, and is not affiliated with other content providers, and assumes no responsibilities and liabilities for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any websites.

Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that the LIT Library shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly, for any loss and damages caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with reliance and use of any such content and services available on or through any such websites.

Indemnification

Commercial use of digital materials and resources and the use of the name LIT Library are strictly prohibited.

Resources with library fee restrictions (e.g. Journals, Books, Audiobooks, Podcasts, Filipiniana) adhere to the following terms and conditions of use:

Library members are not allowed to use the LIT Library and its content for illegal and/or commercial use.

As a library patron of the LIT Library, you may be asked or required to register with us and provide your private information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Linking to the website requires permission from the LIT Library. Deep linking is not allowed.
